We are dedicated to providing exceptional real estate solutions across Greater London. Our range of services was built deliberately wide because our clients are so varied — supported living companies looking for provider-ready housing, individuals facing repossession who need a fast and discreet sale, first-time buyers finding their feet, investors building portfolios, renters who want a fair deal and families moving up.
That breadth is unusual for an independent agency, and it is our advantage. We offer an unrivalled sales, rentals, commercial sales and commercial rentals service from a single office at 303 Purley Way, Croydon, supported by an in-house remodelling and maintenance team. When a landlord asks whether to refurbish, sell or let, we can answer with numbers for all three.
Every instruction is led by Mr. Kay Oki, our Sales and Lettings Manager. You will have his direct number from the first conversation, and he will be the person valuing your property, negotiating on your behalf and seeing the transaction through.

Meet the manager
Mr. Kay Oki
Sales and Lettings Manager
Kay leads sales and lettings at M & K and personally carries out every valuation. His approach is straightforward: understand what the client needs the property to do, price it honestly, and then work every lead, viewing and offer until the job is done.
He has particular experience with landlords moving to guaranteed rent, supported living providers sourcing housing, and homeowners in time-sensitive situations such as repossession or probate.
