    Browse listings or register your needs. Viewings are accompanied and arranged around your day.

  2. Apply

    Pay a holding deposit (max one week's rent) to reserve the property while we reference you.

  3. Referencing

    Credit check, income and previous landlord references, plus Right to Rent — usually three to five days.

  4. Sign & pay

    Tenancy agreement explained and signed; first month's rent and deposit paid; deposit protected.

  5. Move in

    Inventory and check-in completed together, keys and How to Rent guide handed over.

Fees, deposits and moving in.

What fees do tenants pay?

Only the payments permitted by the Tenant Fees Act 2019: rent, a refundable holding deposit (up to one week's rent), a refundable tenancy deposit (up to five weeks' rent), and charges for late rent or lost keys where applicable. We do not charge administration or referencing fees.

How is my deposit protected?

Your deposit is registered with a government-approved scheme within 30 days of receipt and you receive the prescribed information confirming where it is held.

How quickly can I move in?

Once your application is approved and referencing is complete, usually within three to five working days, we can arrange the tenancy agreement, inventory and key handover for a date that suits you.
